A little about us
Arabiyya Scout Group was founded on 17th August 1988 at Al-Madharasathul Arabiyyathul Islamiyya with the investiture of 36 Boy Scouts. From humble beginnings, we have grown into a group that has invested over 800 Scouts of both genders, creating generations of responsible citizens. Over the years, dedicated Scout Leaders, both well-known and unsung, have guided Arabiyya Scouts through every challenge. Their teamwork and service have shaped the Group’s legacy of excellence. Today, Arabiyya Scout Group proudly stands as the only Scout Group in the Maldives with active branches for all age groups, and the only group offering Cub Scouting for girls. Our journey is one of service, growth, and unity. A legacy built by every Scout and Leader who called Arabiyya home.
